THATCamp Maritime will be meeting in Groton, CT at the beautiful, historic mansion of Morton Plant at the University of Connecticut / Avery Point.

The “build” stage of the camp will construct several “special interest trails” focused on Maritime Connecticut. These trails will highlight the rich educational and heritage features found in Connecticut as well as a tie into the State’s current-day maritime industries. These trails might feature educational institutions, outdoor museums, lighthouse museums, military bases and memorials, historic and modern-day ferries, and similar attractions.
